Monarch Racing

Monarch Racing is a Northern California-based domestic elite women's road team formed in 2023 that provides full support to ambitious riders seeking to race at the professional level in the U.S. In 2025, the team is launching Monarch Racing Development - a NorCal U19 girls road team.

All elite riders engage with their communities and aim to pass on the knowledge, support, and opportunities they've received to the next generation of athletes.

We have been recognized by USA Cycling with their Innovation Grant, acknowledging our impact on growing cycling within the U.S.
