Monarch Racing

Monarch Racing is a Northern California-based organization that is home to a domestic elite women's road team, and the largest junior girls’ road team in the country.

Our riders are State & National Champions, representing Team USA at World Championships, and scholar athletes, advocates, and mentors. We emphasize growth and development and believe that race results are a natural progression and not something that comes above health or happiness.

All elite riders engage with their communities and aim to pass on the knowledge, support, and opportunities they've received to the next generation of athletes.

We have been recognized by USA Cycling with their Innovation Grant, acknowledging our impact on growing cycling within the U.S.
