Monarch Racing Quarterly Update

Team Updates

Racing has kicked off across the U.S. and our riders are getting their feet wet! Chloe Mauvais placed 2nd at the UCLA Road Race and the infamous Cat’s Hill Classic, while Claudia Ferreira won the Tour of St. Louis time trial and was third in the criterium race.

In related cycling disciplines, Helena Gilbert-Snyder raced the 8-day Absa Cape Epic in South Africa, placing 9th overall in her division. Natalie Mitchell placed 10th at the World Cup Clermont triathlon in her pro triathlon debut. Sofia Schugar raced the internationally competitive Santa Vall in Spain, placing 16th.

Redlands Bicycle Classic is coming up soon - our team is excited to bring on several guest riders to the event in our continued commitment to pass on opportunity and support to our cycling community.

Community Events

With a slight break in programming due to the race season hitting full swing, we want to extend our gratitude to all the U19 riders and supporters who have joined our team across the U.S. in our events so far this year.

From gear exchanges, social rides, race mentorship, and nutrition & women’s health discussions, we hope to provide lasting impacts on our community that inspire and grow the next generation of cyclists, leaders, and advocates.

Check out our website’s Community Events page for more info on all events. (events are added regularly)
