Community Impact
Our U19 Mentorship program from the Low Gap Grasshopper has inspired Rebecca’s Private Idaho to launch their own mentorship program at their race this year, and so far at least one rider from our Grasshopper program is traveling to Idaho to take part in their race and their mentorship program!

“At Pro Nationals, I raced my hardest but had a moment of devastating poor luck and I immediately began feeling bad for myself after the race. Then, a small little hand from the crowd began tugging on my bib shorts – she had a sharpie and an oversized shirt on – and timidly asked for my autograph. It was then that I realized that none of what I do in racing is just for the win. In her eyes, just being out here was heroic and inspirational. And Monarch Racing has embodied that not just for the team but for the future of women’s cycling as a whole. I have never been more proud to represent a team and the vision behind the jersey.” - Claudia Ferreira
Team News
Monarch Racing is committed to developing our riders and providing opportunity both within the team and outside the team, and we are excited to share that Chloe Mauvais has been selected to attend a 4-week European training camp this summer led by Linda Jackson. The opportunities our team riders are receiving are made possible thanks to the support of individual donors, team sponsors, and our amazing network of supporters who are cheering our riders on every step of the way.
